Hope For The Holidays Thanksgiving 2006

Eric and Danielle celebrated their first cancer-free holiday season by establishing the Hope for the Holidays “adopt-a-family” program to provide a joyous Thanksgiving & Christmas experience for low-income families in the metro-Atlanta area who are living with breast cancer.

With the help of generous supporters & volunteers, the foundation adopted 20 breast cancer patients & their families for Thanksgiving. Each family received a fully-cooked holiday meal, gift basket and gift cards to assist with pharmaceutical purchases.

“Our personal visits and conversations with the families gave us an even greater understanding of the importance of programs like this,” says Danielle.
